Darren Williams, photographer for Friends of Parra Wirra Conservation Park took this beautiful video of Omphalotus nidiformis or Ghost Fungus coming into luminescence.
We learn about the camera settings he used – 16mm wide lens, f2.8 aperture and1600 ISO for 8 minutes. Of course don’t try this without a tripod!
Here too are some splendid stills by Darren showing the transformation from day to night.
